ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONSWe work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is packed we cannot make any changes. Occasionally we may be able to make a substitution before your order is packed if you've accidentally ordered a duplicate. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee any changes to an order once it is placed. Email us at customerservice@missinkstamps.com if you have any concerns with your order. We are not able to cancel orders.
RETURNS
We do not allow returns. If you receive a defective product, please email us at customerservice@missinkstamps.com and we will replace it (US) or refund it (out of stock or outside the US).
COUPONS AND FREE WITH PURCHASE
Our cart system cannot stack discounts, so our coupon codes will not apply to already discounted merchandise (bundles, sales or clearance).
Free with purchase items are manually added when we fill your order, and are not affected by coupon codes. We will add your free with purchase item to your order automatically--it will NOT show in your cart! (If you add it to your cart, you will be charged and receive both the free and purchased item.) $50 minimum is after all discounts are applied and does not include shipping. In the event we run out of an advertised free item, we will substitute another equal valued stamp or stencil of our choice. As we introduce digital products to our store, at least one item on your order must require shipping to qualify for a physical free with purchase item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
It's a big, big world out there, and privacy and tax laws are very complex. Due to these laws, we are only able to ship to a few countries outside the US at this time. If you don't see a shipping option for your country, then we're still working on compliance and can't currently ship to you. Please check back soon, email us, or buy our products from Not2ShabbyShop (www.not2shabbyshop.com), a trusted retailer for our products.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We may experience longer turn-around times during sales or periods of high volume. You will receive a notice and tracking information (if applicable) when your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery unless your address is correct at the time your order is placed.
Orders within the continental US are typically shipped by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the method you choose during checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions are shipped by our choice of carrier and class.
We offer Route, a licensed insurance company for package protection and tracking solutions, to give you piece of mind and the best possible delivery experience. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. We highly recommend adding Route as a premium service to ensure the fastest resolution in the event your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during the delivery process. By deselecting shipping protection, Miss Ink Stamps is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or International Priority (options may depend on country). Free shipping is not available for international orders. Please note that international orders are subject to duties, taxes, brokerage and other various fees not listed here, as designated by your country's policies, and Miss Ink Stamps LLC is NOT responsible for these fees. These fees are assigned at customs and are the responsibility of the receiving party. We are required by law to accurately report the value of your package and cannot alter the value or mark the package as a "gift" to avoid fees.
Should you refuse a package for any reason (domestic or international), or should a package be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return.
ANGEL POLICYWe are delighted that you love Miss Ink stamps and want to share your creations. Personal use of our products is unlimited, as long as they are hand stamped images.
All commercial use of our products (eg. Etsy, craft shows) must follow these terms and conditions:
- Our images must be hand stamped, may not be digitally altered, and no mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted.
- Stamped images and die cuts may not be sold, swapped or otherwise distributed. They must be used in the creation of finished product.
- Our images may not be used for logos, trademarks, or promotional materials.
- Wherever possible, Miss Ink Stamps, LLC copyright should be credited.
