Welcome back! I've got a cute one for you today using the Highland Cows stamp set!
I started with a gel print I created using the Chain Link Fence stencil. I die cut a circle and then stamped in a beige color the Hay There background.
I stamped, die cut and colored the cows and sunflower from Highland Cows and the cute duck and cake from Punny Farm Pigs and arranged it all onto the panel along with a punny sentiment.
