Hello Crafty Friends! Davina here, on the Miss Ink, blog sharing this super fun Piggy Party. I really enjoyed combining these sets to create this festive scene, and I hope that it brings a smile to your face.
These sweet faced piglets are from the Punny Farm Pigs set, and the fantastic curling streamers are from the Streamers set. I wanted a little dimension on this happy scene, so I began by cutting a layer of Bristol Smooth Cardstock and from lime green cardstock using a stitched die. I stamped the Rise and Shine background about 3/4 of the way on the top of the White panel. And cut a grassy strip from the green panel. 
I inkblended some Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink half way up my white panel, blending into white, then splattered with some green ink and glittery perfect pearls. Next, I stamped and heat embossed the large Celebrate sentiment from the Streamers set, using gold embossing powder. 
I adhered my grassy layer with fun foam before attaching my copic colored images, making sure to tuck a few behind the grass, and extending the streamers over the top, so they could look like they were floating.I finished this up by cutting a larger panel from striped pattern paper and adding a small layer of aqua cardstock in between. It’s one of my favorite techniques to create visual interest, and I love the look it gives.
