I decided to use the Starry Night stencil with a mixture of paste and this amazing Dazzle Dust in Autumn Nights. Love the color changing properties, it can change from emerald green to orange to a gorgeous copper when burnished, so many possibilities and perfect for this celebratory card. I applied the paste through the stencil onto vellum paper to give those stars an extra shine. I also used the Dazzle Dust on cardstock covered with double sided adhesive and created a velvety textured paper, which I used to die cut the numbers of the year. Colored the adorable fox from the Bubbles stamp set, he was perfect to show celebration. All these embellishments added to what I was going for in my card. I started with an A2 base added gold mats and the super pretty starred vellum as secondary mats. Stamped sentiments in white pigment ink from the Everyday Sentiments stamp set. I used words to celebrate: like Hooray, Woot! Woot!! Created the W-fold, with a strip of paper 1" x 10 7/8", in which I folded in half and folded in half again to create the four mountain-valley sections for the numbers. Seeing that Dazzle Dust change colors and hues in the light is stunning! You can find all the items I used at the Miss Ink Stamp Store. https://www.missinkstamps.com/
