A very merry unbirthday to you

A very merry unbirthday to you

Hello there! How's it going? I hope you're all safe and healthy at the moment. Silvia's here today with a very merry unbirthday card.

I love playing with stencil to create my own patterned paper so let's make one of this together.

I start die cutting a 3 3/4" x 5" from sand card stock, I put "Circular Harlequin" stencil in the middle and I ink blended it with antique linen Distress Oxide ink first, then I rotated the stencil a bit and I ink blended with tea dye Distress Oxide ink.

Next I put the stencil on the corners of the card base, I ink blended with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink and I darkened edges with walnut stein and ground coffee Distress Oxide inks. I also passed ground coffee ink pad directly on my card stock several times in different directions to create a vintage look and I added a bit of texture splattering some gold Nuvo mousse (loosened with water) and vintage photo Distress Oxide reinker.

I then stamped images from "Queen of hearts" and "Alice" stamp sets with black ink, I colored them with alcohol markers and I fussy cut them. I put everything together and I added the "a very merry unbirthday to you" sentiment from the "Unbirthday" stamp set  heat embossed in gold on a strip of vellum.

That's all. Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope you enjoy my card. I wish you an amazing day, Silvia.
